At Find Your Everest, we are committed to ensuring you have the right gear for your peak performance. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
